The International Conference on Organizational Sociology (ICOS) is an international event open to the organizational sociology community. ICOS is organized biennially by RC17 and our international partners. ICOS also serves as RC17’s official mid-term conference.
Themed but Not Siloed
ICOS features a Leitmotif for each conference and is the supplement by multiple specific themes. Selected papers are grouped into small sessions of thematically close presentations. Hence, presentations have thematic foci but do not take place in narrow silos with rigid boundaries. Conference participants are encouraged to hop between sessions and not to stay within a particular “track” or “stream”.
