Sub-Groups

RC17 includes sub-groups with sufficient autonomy to pursue specialised research interests within the broader field of organizational sociology.

These groups, including Special Interest Groups, reflect the broad range of areas and approaches represented within RC17 and provide a low-threshold framework for sustained thematic exchange, collaboration, and the development of scientific activities around particular areas of interest.

They provide an additional framework for thematic collaboration within RC17, while the committee’s core activities continue to take place at the level of RC17 as a whole. At the same time, they remain connected to the wider intellectual life of RC17 as an international research committee.
