Newsletter December 2020

Dear RC17 members,

With our December newsletter in 2020 we want to send you our best wishes for the upcoming holidays and New Year’s Eve, and a healthy and a successful year 2021 in which we can hopefully return to a more or less normal social life.

What a year this has been. As you know, the IV ISA Forum of Sociology has been postponed to next February. So, as in last year’s December newsletter, we are still looking forward to the upcoming ISA Forum of Sociology that will take place digitally. Fortunately, we can already announce that RC17 will feature an interesting and diverse program, despite all the inconveniences caused by the pandemic. Most of the planned sessions will take place as planned and will feature many interesting presentations. The final conference program will appear next year soon. We will keep you informed and are looking forward to seeing you virtually then!

If you have any suggestions, announcements, publications, or call for papers for the next newsletter, please contact our newsletter editor Michael Grothe-Hammer (Michael.grothe-hammer@ntnu.no).
